Musical Compositions

​When I sing, I intuitively create unique soprano countermelodies that emerge naturally from the music. These spontaneous lines become the foundation for new derivative works, which I later refine and develop into fully realized compositions and arrangements. My process blends instinct with craft, transforming improvisation into shareable, structured artistry.

I compose music as I hear it in my mind — instinctive, raw, and deeply personal. Each piece begins as a reflection of how I understand sound, then grows as I embellish and refine it into something shareable. My goal is to create arrangements that capture emotion and imagination, offering performers music that feels alive and expressive.

Licensing Terms

  • Your purchase includes a limited license for nonprofit use only.

  • Photocopying allowance:

    • If the selected arrangement is for SATB choir, you may make up to 10 (ten) copies.

    • For other ensembles, the number of copies permitted equals the number of parts in the score (e.g., 4 parts = 4 copies).

  • Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires a separate license.

  • Licensor retains full copyright.

License Grant Clause

Grant of License Upon receipt of payment, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased musical arrangement(s) under the following conditions:

  1. Permitted Use

    • Licensee may use the arrangement(s) solely for nonprofit purposes, including rehearsals, performances, and recordings by nonprofit ensembles, schools, churches, or community groups.

    • Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license agreement.

  2. Copying Rights

    • If the arrangement is for SATB choir, Licensee may make up to ten (10) photocopies of the score for ensemble use.

    • For other ensemble types, Licensee may make photocopies equal to the number of parts in the score (e.g., a quartet arrangement permits four copies).

    • Additional copies beyond these limits require prior written consent from Licensor.

  3. Ownership

    • Licensor retains full copyright and ownership of the musical arrangement(s).

    • This license does not transfer copyright; it only grants limited usage rights as described above.

  4. Term

    • This license is perpetual for nonprofit use unless terminated due to breach of terms.

Music License Agreement

This Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Today's Date] between:

  • Licensor: Jennifer Iorio, the original creator and copyright holder of the musical work described below.

  • Licensee: [Customer Name], the purchaser of the license.

1. Licensed Work

The musical composition titled "[Title of Music]", created by Licensor, including both the musical score and audio recording.

2. Grant of License for non-profit uses only

For the payment of the music according to the listed price on the product page, the Licensor hereby grants Licensee a Non-Exclusive, Limited Use License to use the Licensed Work under the following conditions:

  • Permitted Uses:

    • Personal listening and enjoyment.

    • Background music for non-commercial projects (e.g., student films, personal videos, social media posts without monetization).

    • Live performance in non-commercial settings.

  • Prohibited Uses:

    • Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the Licensed Work.

    • Use in commercial advertisements, monetized videos, or for-profit performances without additional licensing.

    • Claiming authorship or ownership of the Licensed Work.

3. Ownership

Licensor retains full copyright and ownership of the Licensed Work. This Agreement does not transfer copyright, only limited usage rights.

4. Term

This license is perpetual for the permitted uses described above, unless terminated due to breach of terms.

5. Payment

Licensee has paid Licensor the sum of $40, which constitutes full consideration for the rights granted herein.

6. Termination

Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Work.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all Terms and Conditions posted herein. This agreement applies to all aspects of the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • The nonprofit licensing restrictions associated with the purchased musical arrangements.

  • The limitations on photocopying and reproduction as specified in the license terms.

  • The retention of copyright ownership by the composer/arranger.

Completion of payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without the need for further signature or confirmation.
