Refund Policy for Original Musical Arrangements

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if the customer has not yet downloaded or accessed the arrangement.

  • Once the arrangement has been delivered (via download, email, or physical copy), refunds are not available except in cases of:

    • Duplicate purchase (accidental multiple orders).

    • Technical issues preventing access to the file, which cannot be resolved by the seller.

    • Delivery of the wrong arrangement (seller error).

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Because these are original creative works, refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind after delivery.

    • Customer dissatisfaction with style or difficulty level (samples and descriptions are provided before purchase).

    • Use of the arrangement in performance or recording.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Customers must submit a refund request in writing to music.interpreted.now@gmail.com within the 3-day window.

  • Requests must include proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • If a customer received the wrong arrangement, the seller will provide the correct arrangement at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges for different arrangements are not permitted unless agreed upon by the seller.

5. Seller Rights

  • The seller reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • This policy ensures fairness while protecting the integrity of original creative work.
